Operations Support Technical Analyst with Major Retail Comapny

Looking for a mid-level operations support analyst to support our application delivery team in the area of change management and ops/dev support. The candidate must be a good team player, have great work ethic and attention to detail. The key job responsibilities include: - Coordinate change requests, tickets, reviews, and pre/post deployment support - Create and follow through change tickets with various infrastructure teams - Produce daily/weekly operations metrics report - Work with application teams on builds and releases - Troubleshoot issues with builds and deployment Required skills: 3+ Year working experience as ops/dev support person on Java or middleware development projects 3+ experience scripting on Unix shell Experience working with SCM tools like Subversion/CVS etc. Experience with JIRA/Confluence
